關於台灣大學分子影像中心資料庫
本資料庫之目的在提供一個研究用之影像資料共享平台，目前設計之共享對象以國立台灣大學之影像相關實驗室為主，影像平台所共享之影像類別則以分子生醫影像中心之各大核心實驗室為主，包含有磁振造影影像、正子射出斷層影像、超音波影像、光學影像、電子顯微鏡影像、及各種生醫影像等。 本計畫將推動各類影像之共享交流，除了能透過合作共享累積影像資料，以利未來大數據之分析之外，亦能接合跨領域的分析技術，增進人類對於生物醫學之了解，早期、準確、與個人化之醫學影像應用。未來計劃將分享平台推廣至全台灣地區，再進一步擴展至全球之資料共享，期能降低重大疾病之死亡率，提升國人醫療照護與健康生活品質。
About NTU molecular imaging center databank
The purpose of the databank is to provide a platform for image sharing, which is currently designed to be shared with imaging-related laboratory at National Taiwan University (NTU). The image categories shared by the imaging platform are based on the core laboratories in NTU Molecular Image Center, including magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography, ultrasound imaging, optical imaging, electron microscopic imaging, and various biomedical imaging modalities etc. The project will promote the sharing of various types of image data. In addition to cooperation through the sharing of cumulative image data to facilitate the analysis of future big data, it also engages in interdisciplinary technologies to enhance comprehension of biomedicine for human being and extension to early, accurate and personalized medical imaging applications. Future work plans to promote the sharing platform to the whole academy in Taiwan, and then further extend to the global community for image data sharing. We expect the ultimate goal of sharing platform can reduce the mortality rate of major diseases and improve the health care and quality of life.
